These terms govern the purchase and use of an Istanbul PRIME Pass. By completing checkout you accept them. Istanbul PRIME Pass is sold by Cityberry Tourism (TURSAB 11745) through this site.
1. The pass
The PRIME Pass grants single-entry access to the attractions listed at /attractions within your selected consecutive-day window. Inclusions may change without notice if a venue closes; we will propose a comparable alternative or partial refund where reasonable.
2. Activation & validity
Your pass activates at first scan and remains valid for the consecutive calendar days you purchased. Unused days do not roll over. Each attraction may be visited once per pass.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel and request a full refund up to 24 hours before your selected start date. After activation, the pass is non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Identification
The pass is personal. Operators may require ID matching the email on file. Reselling or transferring an activated pass voids it.
5. Liability
Cityberry's liability is limited to the amount paid for the pass. We are not liable for indirect damages, third-party operator decisions, force majeure, public-health closures, or travel disruptions.
6. Force majeure
Public emergencies, strikes, government orders, weather events or similar are not grounds for full refund beyond the unused, unactivated portion.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
